Join us for a monthly online gathering where we center ourselves, share our feelings, and commune together in a safe space. Join us for our Mama Glow Ground and Gather with Sherri Doucette
This is a safe space to speak what’s on your heart and be supported by your Mama Glow doula community. Space will be held and facilitated by Mama Glow Doula Sherri Doucette. Sherri will guide us in breath work technique, mindfulness and contemplative practice and tools to help navigate your journey as a practicing doula. Using an integrative approach to healing, Sherri will guide you through the each session with ease.
