Holding Space: An Online Mental Health Circle for Doulas

December 17 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Free – $25.00

Holding Space is an inclusive, online mental health support circle created exclusively for doulas who give deeply and deserve to be held, too. This dedicated gathering offers a space to pause, exhale, and tend to your own emotional and mental well-being—while in community with peers who truly understand the heart and complexity of birth work.

Facilitated in a nurturing and affirming environment, Holding Space invites doulas to share openly, reflect honestly, and reconnect with themselves beyond the role of caregiver. Together, we explore the full spectrum of this work—burnout, grief, joy, boundaries, sustainability, and everything in between—without judgment or expectation to “be strong.”

This circle is not about fixing or performing. It is about being witnessed, supported, and reminded that your care matters, too.
