We are changing the face of maternal health by empowering birthing people at the threshold of change in their lives. We see birth as a unique opportunity to support and empower birthing people as well as educate society about the innate strength of the body and the sacred process of pregnancy and birth. We offer full spectrum support for fertility\, birth clients and new parents\, holding their hands as they transition into this new phase of their lives. We seek to dismantle the stigmas and fears around the birth process. We also work to democratize birth support and have birth doulas available for every person who desires one. \nThe 6-week LEVEL 2 Program will be jam packed with content and assignments. As birth activism is central to the pulse of our mission and training\, we will continue to weave the thread of advocacy with our distinguished\, world-renowned and award-winning guest teachers. Our unique LEVEL 2 format will expand in subject matter and depth upon our foundational LEVEL 1 training\, taking a deeper dive into complicated birth and the postnatal experience. The course includes preparation and education for postpartum doula support. It is our belief that every doula who emerges from the immersion program should be equipped to serve birthing people before\, during and after pregnancy. To that end\, in addition to labor and birth support\, all doulas who have completed LEVEL 2 will be equipped to support birthing people through the postpartum period. \nWE CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY.\nMama Glow Doula trainees have time to connect digitally for face-to-face chat online with your doula siblings.
