SUMMARY:Holding Space: An Online Mental Health Circle for Doulas
DESCRIPTION:Holding Space is an inclusive\, online mental health support circle created exclusively for doulas who give deeply and deserve to be held\, too. Together\, we explore the full spectrum of this work—burnout\, grief\, joy\, boundaries\, sustainability\, and everything in between—without judgment or expectation to “be strong.” \nThis circle is not about fixing or performing.
