SUMMARY:Ground & Gather: A Monthly Doula Wellness & Self-Care Space
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a monthly online gathering created especially for doulas in the Mama Glow community. This circle is a space to slow down\, center ourselves\, and connect in a supportive and nurturing environment. Together we will share openly\, reflect\, and tend to our own well-being while holding space for one another. \nEach session offers an opportunity to speak what’s on your heart\, receive support from fellow doulas\, and reconnect with your purpose and practice. \nFacilitated by Mama Glow Doula Sherri Doucette\, each gathering will include guided breathwork\, mindfulness\, contemplative practices\, and practical tools to help you navigate your journey as a practicing doula. Using an integrative approach to healing\, Sherri creates a grounded and welcoming experience that encourages restoration\, reflection\, and community care. \nMeeting Schedule: Held online every First Friday of the month \nFriday\, June 5\, 6:00-7:30pm – ONLINE \nGuided by Sherri Doucette \nMama Glow Doula Sherri Doucette\, a native of Southern California\, founded Litehouse Wellness in 2017 following the tragic loss of her husband to gastroesophageal cancer. Through Litehouse Wellness\, she works to bridge the wellness accessibility gap for African American men through the healing arts and preventative health education. Sherri is deeply committed to strengthening families and communities while helping to restore legacies of health\, healing\, and wellness.
