Start in a seated position. You may be on the floor or in a comfortable chair with both feet on the floor. Sit up nice and tall. Start to breathe deeply, inhaling and exhaling through the nose. Do this for a few rounds until you start to feel grounded. Then place your hands on your knees and start rolling your hips in a clockwise circular motion.

Envision a seed, full of potential, ready to burst through the soil and blossom. It needs the right conditions—water, nutrients, and sunlight. Look at your own life and its seed potential. What have you suspended from coming into being because the conditions have not been right? What do you need in order to allow nature to take its course?

Start to rub your belly with both hands, acknowledging that this is the divine space that will house your baby.

Then envision yourself inside a lotus blossom suspended in a beautiful body of water. You are totally protected and provided for. Inhale and take your arms over head; exhale and let them fall back to your sides. Then, placing one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart, say to yourself:

I am a being of expansive possibility.

I live in a state of knowing, harnessing my intuition and wisdom.

My soul dances in the uncertain and gives rise to perpetual creativity.

My inner goddess co-creates with the universe.

When you are ready to close out the meditation, draw your palms together in a prayer position, or mudra, at your heart. Keep your pinky fingers and thumbs pressed together while allowing your index, middle, and ring fingers to separate. With the base of the palms still touching, your hands look like a lotus blossom. The lotus blossom is symbolic of the womb. Holding your palms together in the lotus mudra, close your eyes and allow yourself to feel the creative energy within you. Visualize yourself holding all that you want in your palms.

The womb is the seat of creation, holding space for all that you want to call into your life, all that you want to womb-ifest. Harnessing the goddess energy helps us to get out of the head space and sink deeply into the womb space.

Repeat the womb-ifestation affirmations anytime you want to ignite your inner glow. You can say the four lines of affirmations all together as one affirmation or choose a line that resonates with you. Or feel free to write your own. For whichever you choose, write your affirmation down in a notebook or scrawl it on your bathroom mirror so you are reminded regularly that you are infinitely blessed.
