Kale & Ginger are the stars of this green juice

We are keeping it green for St. Patty’s Day and every day this month of Spring Cleaning. This is one of my favorite drinks for prenatal health and in general. I drank this every day when I was pregnant with my son. It gave me the antioxidant action and glyconutrient boost I needed to breeze through my day. Instead of juicing you can blend these ingredients and retain the fiber.

Mama Glow Blood Builder 

1/2 Bunch of Kale

1-2  green apples

1 cucumber

3 celery stalks

1 cup parsley

1⁄2 to 1 whole lemon

Peeled 1-inch piece of ginger

Process through a juicer and drink right away.
