Aisabobo: Children’s Fashion line that’s Sandbox Chic!
Aisabobo is a new luxury clothing brand for boys and girls aged 3 to 7 striving to balance fashion with functionality adding a little chic to the sandbox. The garments are made with the highest quality materials and impeccable craftsmanship.
Co-founded by Jinka and Sharon Kagami, Aisabobo is a gift for their future daughter, Aisa. With the help of Jinka’s family, who has produced handmade kimonos for centuries in Kyoto, they were connected with Japanese fabric suppliers and manufacturers. Aisabobo sources its fabrics from around the world, and is designed by a Toronto-based team. “We only want the best for our children, and would love to share this passion with parents around the world. We believe that style is important for kids as much as adults,” says Sharon of the Canadian born brand. “It is our mission to bridge the gaps between design and quality, and between quality and price.” With pieces ranging on average from $65-$95, this is the perfect place to shop for special occasions and accent pieces.
For their first spring/summer collection, Aisabobo has designed around the theme of the garden party. A palette of pastels and prints, inspired by lush blossoms and al fresco afternoon tea, take center stage this season for the brand this season. You’ll find romper suits, A-line dresses, and asymmetrical frocks for girls. Chic contrast-collar polo shirts and gingham-lined khaki shorts for boys- its all in the details.
Although they are a luxury line, their products are geared towards the everyday use including such as plush linings, adjustable waistbands for growth, and interior plackets to protect sensitive skin from zippers. They know that parents just want to be able to dress their little one in something both Instagram worthy but that doesn’t require a dry cleaning bill.
